Tuesday 9th April - SAFEtalk training course on how to have a safe conversation about suicide. Te Wananga O Aotearoa.
Wednesday 10th April - Kaingaroa Y4/5/6. Photo of the day writing. Description of a picture found on National Geographic. Complete animations. Kiwi can program. Morning tea DUTY. STEM challenge in small groups. What does STEM stand for? How might we use each of these aspects to successfully take todays challenge? Who can create the tallest tower using toothpicks and small marshmallows. Maths challenge (problem solving) in teams. Lunchtime. SSR/milk. PE/games playing Yoshi on the bottom field and then kiwi can team leading a Rock, paper, scissors relay.
Thursday 11th April - 1pm Sharing Ice Cream Sundaes with Pompallier (Tui Room).
Friday 12th April - Pompallier Y5/6. Prayer. I shared about the loss of one of our Kaingaroa students and encouraged the class to pray for the family. Encouraged students to be thankful at this time also, as we head into holidays...Completing all outstanding work (contracts, ANZAC slides etc). Cleaning tote trays and classroom. Morning tea DUTY. Continue to work away at completing tasks and cleaning. Lunchtime. Kahoot (general knowledge quiz). End of term!
